We are currently accepting applications for new leases for the period August 2012 through July 2013 . We have availability for our 2 bedroom and also our 3 bedroom townhomes. The application process consists of a interview and showing you around the property, if you desire. We do not charge any type of application or other type fees. To secure a townhome, we would require you to sign a lease, collect a security deposit and to complete the parental guarantee, if applicable.
